TechHalo Labs wasn't founded by AI enthusiasts who discovered the insurance industry. It was built by the team that spent 30 years inside HRTech, building the infrastructure, scaling it to enterprise, and watching the benefits experience fail members at every turn.

Leadership

David Johndrow, Founder & CEO

David Johndrow is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist whose career has been defined by one recurring mission: humanizing high-tech solutions for the people who have to live inside them.

As one of the youngest Division Presidents at Staffmark, David pioneered strategic, variable-capacity hiring models for hourly workforces, proving early that technology could serve frontline workers, not just executives. Alongside his wife and co-founder Maryann, he built HRLogix, one of the industry's first fully paperless Applicant Tracking Systems. Serving highly regulated sectors including gaming and healthcare, HRLogix achieved a record 78% annual EBITDA, demonstrating that operational discipline and technological innovation aren't in tension; they're the same thing done right.

David has served as a respected voice in the voluntary benefits space, sitting on numerous industry boards that bridge HRTech and insurance. Today, he has reassembled his core team at TechHalo Labs to apply commercial-grade AI to the benefits experience, integrating decades of expertise in hourly workforces and health benefits into a single, cohesive ecosystem.

Away from TechHalo, David serves as a volunteer for the United States Coast Guard and holds a 100-ton Master License, bringing the same precision and leadership to the water that he brings to every venture he builds.

Adrienne Potter, Chief Technology Officer

Adrienne Potter is a technology executive whose career has been defined by one recurring mission: transforming engineering organizations from growth constraints into strategic business assets. Over the past 17 years, she has repeatedly joined companies at pivotal moments (rapid growth, acquisition, organizational transition, or platform reinvention) and built the technical foundations that allow them to scale with confidence.

At Titan School Nutrition, Adrienne grew the engineering organization from three to fifteen engineers in under a year while expanding the platform from 20 to 47 states. Following Titan's acquisition by EMS LINQ, she unified five acquired products under a single engineering strategy, scaled the organization beyond 70 engineers, and established standardized SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices that supported a successful private equity transaction.

Most recently, Adrienne led the engineering teams behind the data backbone of YouVersion, a global platform serving more than one billion users. Now, as Chief Technology Officer at TechHalo Labs, she is building the engineering foundation behind Halo360, bringing the operational rigor and scalable architecture required to turn ambitious ideas into enterprise-ready products.

Maryann Johndrow, Co-Founder & President

Maryann Johndrow is a pioneer in HRTech with over 25 years of experience transforming "labor-intensive" into "user-intuitive." As one of the earliest developers of Applicant Tracking Systems for high-volume, highly regulated workforces, she built a reputation for making complex technology approachable for the non-technical end user, the exact skill set that SKY required to exist.

Her operational philosophy is rooted in radical efficiency and genuine empathy. At HRLogix, Maryann spearheaded an approach that eliminated administrative redundancy and scaled the company to a 78% EBITDA, not through cutting corners, but through a principled refusal to accept "complicated" as a status quo. Under her leadership, HRLogix became critical infrastructure for over 380 casinos and healthcare organizations before its successful exit.

Now at TechHalo Labs, Maryann is applying those same principles of demystification to the insurance and health benefits sector. By using AI to translate dense actuarial data into personalized, common-sense guidance, she is empowering consumers to navigate risk and lifestyle choices with unprecedented clarity. Backed by the same high-velocity team that built and exited HRLogix, Maryann is once again proving that when you remove the friction between human and machine, industry transformation is inevitable.

HIPAA Compliant, TechHalo's Halo360 platform and SKY AI Benefits Advisor are built to full HIPAA compliance standards. All member data is handled, transmitted, and stored according to HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Business Associate Agreements are a standard part of client onboarding.

SOC 2 Type II In Progress, TechHalo has built its infrastructure to SOC 2 Type II standards and is actively pursuing formal certification. Security readiness documentation is available to qualified prospects under NDA.
