All content, features, functionality, software, and technology comprising the Services, including but not limited to the SKY AI system, text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, data models, and user interface design, are owned by TechHalo.ai or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The SKY AI system provides recommendations, analysis, and information based on data inputs and algorithmic processing. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" and should not be construed as professional insurance, financial, legal, or medical advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Services are available 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechHalo.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechHalo.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
